Michael Driver, Raleigh DurhamCriminal Defense Lawyer

Michael Driver is a criminal defense attorney based in Durham, North Carolina. His practice focuses primarily on serious offenses such as assault, robbery, drug charges, sex crimes and homicide.

Michael Driver is a graduate of Duke University and earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University. Practicing criminal defense since 1994, he has represented clients charged with offenses ranging from simple assault and drug possession to robbery, drug trafficking, and murder.  For over 15 years he has put his experience to work for clients facing serious charges. Michael defends clients in both state and federal court. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, where he served on the Forensic Task Force Committee.
